DIANE FEATHERSTONE
Diane Featherstone, Director of Frog Pond Yoga Centre, has been studying and practicing yoga for more than 30 years. Diane is a student of Dr. V. S. Rao, founder of High-Tech Yoga Institute of America. She holds a B.S. in Psychology, and a Masters Degree in Yoga Education granted by the Yoga Training Center, Sri Siddha Gupha, Sumai, India and also has a Masters Degree granted By Dr Rao's High-Tech Yoga Institute. She is a Certified Kripalu Yoga teacher. Since 1995 Diane has been training Yoga teachers as director of the Frog Pond Yoga Teacher Certification program. Diane is also a 500 hour RYT with the Yoga Alliance.
ANNE GOEWEY, RYT
Anne has a passion for personal development in body, mind and soul, and to be of assistance to those who desire it for themselves, feeling called to share her journey with others in this endeavor.
She has been a yoga practitioner for over 20 years, is a certified yoga teacher through Frog Pond Yoga Centre, and a registered member of Yoga Alliance. Further teacher training includes certification in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga through the internationally known Trauma Center in Brookline, MA.
Anne teaches yoga philosophy, psychology, and spirituality, as well as asana, in the Teacher Training Programs offered at Frog Pond.
She finds an eclectic meditative hatha practice her regular ‘flavor’ of yoga with its emphasis on the inner journey toward stillness, mindfulness and oneness with all of creation. Her hatha classes are accessible to all levels of fitness and experience, body sizes and types, as she guides students into and out of poses to the depth of their own body’s ability. In addition to group classes, she also works privately with students in therapeutic yoga.
Anne is a middle-aged woman, married with three daughters, with the same challenges in life as most women. She offers her ordinary life experience as a “household yogi” as evidence that this journey is available to anyone.

JULIE PEPPER
Julie Pepper starting practicing Yoga at age 15, when after she had the first of what would be two back surgeries, she found Yoga to be a touch stone of healing. She graduated from Frog Pond Yoga in Princeton, MA as a licenced teacher. Julie offers classes in Hatha yoga, from moderate to medium skill levels, and also with a close understanding of the restorative aspects of Yoga Breath work and meditation. She is a mother, holistic practicioner, and also works as a yoga teacher.
Julie is also a painter specializing in tribal figures dancing and the movements of the body. While studying at Frog Pond, Julie created a card series and poster series of Yoga asanas (poses). Raised on a organic farm in New England she believes that being outdoors always provides a sense of the spirit in nature and a conection to the cyclical healing of things. JOSHUA TENPENNY
Joshua Tenpenny is a graduate of the 200-hour RYT certified yoga teacher training at Frog Pond Yoga, with Diane Featherstone, and teaches asana and anatomy to students in that program. He has a passion for teaching, and gives presentations on a variety of topics at conferences across the country. He is also a licensed massage therapist and shiatsu practitioner, with a degree in Complementary Healthcare from MWCC.
