Frog Pond Yoga Centre offers instruction in the classical and traditional Raja Yoga of the ancient sages of the Himalaya mountains of India and Tibet. The practices of Raja Yoga place emphasis on integration of breath, body and mind to promote spiritual growth and bring about the state of Yoga; the awakened state, with its clarity of mind and deep inner peace.
These teachings are offered to all interested persons; there are no limitations because of fitness or health; the practice is tailored to the needs of the practitioner.
Frog Pond also offers a 200 and 300 hour in depth study programs of the principles and practices of Raja Yoga for persons who feel called to teach or who wish to deepen the foundation of their own practice.
